Robert has degrees and previous careers in Construction Management and as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. His outdoor adventure guiding career began in 2016 with Canyon Ranch and then Southwest Trekking. Cassi has been a multifaceted, dedicated athlete since birth. She was a two-sport JC college scholarship athlete for basketball and track where she contributed to the NJCAA National Championships in both sports. She decided to continue this new javelin adventure and accepted a full-scholarship at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Learning from some of the best, nationally renowned coaches and strength training specialists in the nation, Cassi earned NCAA All-American honors, a Big 12 Championship and record, a NCAA and Olympic Trials finalist, and a 2nd place at the USA Track and Field Championships that landed her a spot on two USA Track & Field teams. Post-college, Cassi discovered MTBing and her hunger for competition resurfaced, and she eventually became one of the best women mountain bikers in the state. She also enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, and any other outdoor adventure. With degrees in exercise science, computer science, and nursing, she has been a fitness consultant/trainer, biology teacher, cardiac nurse, youth sports coach and of course, biking/hiking guide.

Peak is our acting CHO (Chief Happiness Officer), Frisbee Director, and a true lover of the Sonoran Desert. While herding cattle is in his DNA, he'd rather be guiding the pack on trail runs, hikes, or a MTB ride. Peak started learning the local trails at just 6 months old and pushes everyone to get outside and go find an adventure. ARF!
